Use this form to request a scoped review for an injection mold, molded plastic parts, prototype or bridge tooling, an existing mold transfer, or a related machining and assembly requirement.
What to include in the first message
Include the project information currently available: 3D CAD or a drawing, resin and grade, color, quantity, critical tolerances, surface finish, target timing, delivery destination, and whether you need mold-only, mold-plus-parts, prototype, or existing-tool support. If the design is still moving, identify the open decisions instead of waiting for a final package.

- Quotation: current scope, assumptions, milestones, and next approvals are confirmed for the project.
